Criteria

• Is initiated at the Guild level
• Guild decides which member(s) deserve(s) to be recognized

How to Obtain

• Group Guildmaster requests in writing to the National Guildmaster of the Canadian Fellowship of Baden-Powell Guilds
• A letter should accompany the request. The letter should contain the name of the Guild member, a short history of the member's service within the Scouting and/or Guiding movement and the Baden-Powell Guild, and a short statement outlining why the member is being recognized by their fellow Guild members.
• The Archivist would appreciate receiving a photo of the event.

Information Requested

• The recipient(s) will receive a Medal and an accompanying Certificate. We request that you advise what date and name that you would like on the Certificate.  Medal(s) & Certificate(s) will be mailed to applicant.

Cost

• A cheque, made out to the “Canadian Fellowship of Baden-Powell Guilds” in the amount of $15.00 must accompany the letter of request.
